Job summary

The Panel in Dublin is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (NQ - 5 pqe) to join its growing in-house legal team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating high value, complex commercial contracts and requires gravitas to take ownership as part of a team.

Ideal candidates will come from a large law firm with in-house exposure or from an in-house Commercial Counsel background, with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• NQ to 5 years PQE in commercial law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating high value, complex commercial contracts.

Our client is a global technology organisation with an experienced legal team in Dublin (6+ lawyers) and additional legal team members based in other jurisdictions.

Beautiful offices in a city centre location.

Due to ongoing growth across the organisation, they are now keen to recruit an additional Commercial Lawyer (NQ - 5 years pqe).

This role will suit transactional lawyers with one of the following profiles:

• Transactional Lawyers from large law firms who are looking to move to an in-house Commercial Counsel role (please note this is not an M&A role)

OR

• Commercial Counsel - with in-house experience (large law firm training essential)

This is a broad-based commercial role with a significant lean towards drafting and negotiating high value, complex commercial contracts.

Relationship and stakeholder management experience is essential.

You will have the experience and gravitas to take responsibility (as part of a team) for the 'commercials' of the business.
