Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb UK & Ireland seeks a 12 month fixed-term Specialist, Supply Chain Operations. The role can be based in Dublin or Shannon and involves coordinating order processing, invoicing, and intercompany supply activities to support customers and markets.

You will work with Purchasing, Finance, QC and Logistics teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business rules while delivering accurate data, timely reports and efficient supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in a multinational supply chain environment, preferably in an export department.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP.
• Diploma in Supply Chain or Business.
• Familiarity with order processing and invoicing activities and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide a key link in supply chain between customers, intercompany and third-party sites; manage order processing and invoicing.
• Liaise with Purchasing, Finance and Fiscal Reps; ensure compliance with business and tolling rules.
• Process market orders, invoices and Tolling Fee invoices; handle shipping documents and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate redeployments/reworks and ensure costs are back-charged appropriately.
• Collaborate with QC for testing, CoAs, and release of drug products.
