Job summary

Corlann West is recruiting two temporary full-time social workers to provide a social work service to adults with intellectual disability and their families across day, residential, respite and community settings in Galway.

Reporting to the Head of Social Work Department, the role requires MSW/CQSW or a Letter of Accreditation with CORU registration, plus experience in adult intellectual disability work and strong communication skills. A full driving license and own car are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a dynamic team using a person-centred approach.
• Demonstrated competency in applying theory, legislation and social work skills.
