Job summary

Wallace Myers International is seeking a Project Coordinator for the Charity Sector in Dublin. This full-time, permanent role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and a 35-hour week, offering opportunities to support partnerships, reporting, and programme delivery.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with HSE, local authorities, NGOs, funders and corporate partners, coordinate cross-functional inputs, track KPIs, and contribute to communications and case studies.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, partnership development, or programme support (health/social care/community/voluntary sector preferred).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Data-informed decision making and ability to track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic engagement plans and new partnership opportunities.
• Build and manage relationships with HSE, local authorities, NGOs, funders, and corporate partners via CRM.
• Support pilot project design, proposals, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional input and track performance against KPIs.
• Act as a partner point of contact and contribute to communications/case studies.
