Job summary

The Rehab Group invites applications for a Programme Supervisor to lead a small professional team at Dunboyne Resource Centre in Galway. This 10-month fixed-term contract requires 8 hours per week and involves supervising programme facilitators to deliver structured, client-focused activities that promote independent living and community participation.

The role supports individuals with complex needs, aligns with Supported Self-Directed Living values, and involves record-keeping, safety

Qualifications

• QQI Level 6 in health and social care or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with physical and sensory disability and complex needs.
• Experience in designing and reviewing care plans and activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of a person-centred service for all clients at Dunboyne Resource Centre.
• Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality service as directed by the community services manager.
• Document information and complete paperwork for service delivery and accountability.
