Job summary

Rehab Enterprises is seeking a Relief Community Support Worker for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves assisting individuals with intellectual, physical, and mental health challenges.

You'll be responsible for developing community support programs, documenting interactions, and ensuring quality services while respecting the dignity of service users. The position offers a flexible shift system and various employee benefits including a pension scheme and health programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in the area of supporting individuals with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges.
• Willingness to participate in Rehab Care training programme.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, monitor and review community programs.
• Document information and complete necessary paperwork.
• Support service users in integrating into their local community.
