Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to assigned patients.
• Take the nursing history, assess and plan care.
• Observe and record signs and patient status, adjust interventions as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Document nursing care in patient records and communicate with the team.
