Qualifications

• NMBI Registered General Nurse licence.
• Minimum 1 year Critical Care experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills with clear and concise information.
• Understanding of change management principles.
• Good planning, organisational, and time management skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments, including nursing history, diagnosis, and ongoing evaluation of care needs and outcomes. Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, identifying changes and adjusting interventions as required. Administer medications and treatments safely, following physician orders and hospital policies. Perform admission, discharge, and transfer procedures, supporting patients in daily care activities. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation of all nursing care and patient interactions. Ensure adherence to infection control, aseptic techniques, and hospital safety protocols. Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, communicating updates and escalating concerns appropriately. Support clinical quality, audit, and risk management processes while adhering to professional standards (NMBI guidelines). Contribute to education and leadership by mentoring staff, participating in training, and promoting patient and family education.
