Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a highly competent IAM professional to join the IAM team responsible for tool deployment, enhancements, and maintenance. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, IT and InfoSec to define and execute operational IAM strategies and document processes clearly.

Responsibilities include automating user onboarding/offboarding, enhancing tools (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta), preparing audit documentation, supporting AD migrations, and

Qualifications

• Scripting experience required to automate IT solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and IT processes.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools preferred (Saviynt, Sailpoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Automating solutions for user onboarding and offboarding.
• Enhancing existing onboarding tools (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta).
• Build out documentation around IAM processes.
• Resolve identity related issues across the organization.
• Support audits and act as POC for audit issues.
