Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a skilled IAM professional to join the Identity and Access Management team in Dublin. You will help deploy, enhance, and maintain IAM tools, collaborating with HR, Legal, IT, and InfoSec to design effective processes and solutions.

The role emphasizes automation, onboarding/offboarding workflows, documentation, and auditing support, with a focus on Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and IAM tool ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, IT processes and information security.
• Scripting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools preferred (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc...).
• OneIdentity Active Roles experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server preferred.
• Experience with Exchange Online / Entra ID preferred.

Role Overview:

Sony Interactive Entertainment is searching for a highly competent candidate to join SIE’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team which is responsible for IAM tool deployment, enhancements, and maintenance. This individual will work with various stakeholders (HR, Legal, IT, InfoSec) to build out and enhance existing IAM processes and engineer new solutions. The selected candidate will be capable of defining and executing on well-constructed operational strategies, processes, and procedures; as well as have excellent communication and organizational skills.

What you’ll be doing:

• Automating solutions for user onboarding and offboarding
• Enhancing existing onboarding solutions / tools. (Saviynt, OneIdentity Active Roles Server, Okta)
• Build out documentation around processes of various IAM tools.
• Resolve identity related issues across the SIE organization.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs for SIE.
• Conduct regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required
• Support dev / engineering teams alongside other IT DevOps staff
• Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve IAM program
• Prepare documentation for audits and acts as POC for audit issues
• Assist various IT teams with Active Directory migration tasks
• Support lifecycle management of identities, entitlements, and roles across multiple systems and applications.

What you’ll be doing:

• 5+ years experience managing and maintaining Active Directory
• 5+ years experience in automating IT solutions
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Documentation of standards, methods and diagrams of environments
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision
• Be available on an on-call basis to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours and provide support and response.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Qualifications:

• Scripting experience required
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), IT processes and procedures, information security, and systems implementations required
• OneIdentity Active Roles experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell required
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools preferred (Sailpoint, Saviynt, etc...)
• Experience with SQL Server preferred
• Experience with Exchange Online / Entra ID preferred
• Experience with Okta preferred

Education:

• BS./B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
• Technical certifications a plus, but not required
