Job summary

UKG, based in Kilkenny with a hybrid working model, is seeking a UK Payroll Processor to manage end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of client accounts. You will gather and validate client data, collaborate with the Implementation team to configure our payroll platform, and keep the Payroll Manager updated on risks and status.

The role involves monthly payroll processing and HMRC submissions. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in payroll or finance, strong Excel skills, and excellent

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a payroll, accounts or finance function.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end UK payrolls for allocated client accounts.
• Gather and validate data required to implement and run client payrolls.
• Collaborate with Implementation to set up payroll software.
• Update the Payroll Manager on status, risks and issues.
• Process monthly payrolls including HMRC submissions and net pay transfers.
