Job summary

UKG in Kilkenny, Ireland, is seeking an Irish Payroll Processor on a temporary contract with a hybrid working model. You will manage client payrolls from start to finish using our payroll software.

Responsibilities include running full end-to-end payrolls, gathering and validating data, coordinating with the Implementation team, and updating the Payroll Manager on risks and progress. ROS submissions and monthly payments are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in payroll, accounts or finance.
• Advanced Excel skills and data-analysis ability.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving.
• Precise attention to detail and time management.
• Motivated, professional, proactive team player.
• IPASS qualification is an advantage.
• Payroll experience training provided; not required.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end payrolls.

• Collaborate with Implementation team for setup of payroll software.
• Update Payroll Manager on status, including risks and issues.
• Process ROS submissions and monthly payments for allocated clients.
