Job summary

ATC Computer Transport & Logistics is seeking a Transport Planner to coordinate shipments across Europe, the UK, and Ireland. You will plan routes, monitor deliveries, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to meet SLAs.

The role requires 3+ years in transport planning, strong communication, and solid IT skills (Office 365). A hybrid working environment is offered, with opportunities to contribute to a growing, international logistics team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in transport planning.
• Experience in logistics including white glove services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent IT skills, including Office 365.
• Full understanding of EU Working Time Directive and related regulations.
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan shipments and routes to maximise resource use while meeting SLAs.
• Monitor shipments in transit and provide updates to colleagues and customers.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, overseas offices, and staff to meet schedules and SLAs.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain service levels.
• Ensure proofs of delivery and activity are properly documented and tracked.
