We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager / Business Change Consultant to join a growing consulting team delivering complex transformation and change programmes for major organisations.

This is a senior client-facing role suited to someone who combines strong stakeholder and engagement skills with practical business change and transformation experience. You will work closely with senior leaders and business stakeholders to understand challenges, shape solutions and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technology and ways of working.

The Role

You will take responsibility for managing client engagements and supporting organisations through significant business and technology-led change.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead client engagements from initial discovery through to implementation and delivery.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in business consulting, change management, transformation or programme delivery, who is comfortable operating at senior stakeholder level.

You will ideally have:

• Significant experience in Business Change, Transformation, Consulting or Engagement Management.
• Proven experience managing senior client relationships and complex engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering organisational, technology or process transformation.
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments and implementation plans.
• The ability to operate comfortably between business stakeholders and technical/project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of consulting engagements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
