Job summary

Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client seeks a Clinical Transformation, Change & Clinical Risk Lead to join the team. The 12-month post offers flexible/hybrid working and requires attendance at client sites as needed.

Hourly rate is €33.52, based on an annualised €61,219, for a 35-hour week with 30 days leave plus bank holidays. The role drives clinical transformation, change and risk activities across deployments, collaborating with Oracle Health, hospital and lab teams to standardise

Qualifications

• Significant experience in healthcare transformation projects.
• Demonstrable experience leading clinical change and/or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and impact of technology on services.
• Experience identifying and managing clinical or patient-safety risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical transformation, clinical hazard and change workstreams within deployments.
• Ensure activities align with deployment schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Clinical Safety, Testing, Training, Technical teams.
• Provide regular progress reporting including risks, issues and decisions.
• Support deployment readiness and manage outstanding activities prior to go-live.
• Guide clinical workflow analysis and future-state design.
• Manage clinical risk identification meetings and risk mitigation.
• Support change management and adoption across services.
