Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a Level 8 degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
• 4+ years in equipment engineering or similar.
• Strong data analysis, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment and process performance using data-driven methods and drive corrective actions.
• Improve tool performance and optimize recipes through sustaining and innovation activities.
• Collaborate with Integration and vendors to develop metrology recipes for new layers.
• Lead equipment improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to enhance operations.
• Identify innovative solutions to equipment challenges and influence stakeholders.
