Job summary

Primark is seeking a Technology Transformation Advisor to advance transformation initiatives across IT, Technology, and Data functions. You will partner with Transformation Managers, lead workstreams, and deliver analytics and dashboards to track progress and benefits realization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Procurement, and Internal Communications, driving change adoption and continuous improvement through AI-enabled reporting and innovative technologies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience supporting or analyzing transformation initiatives within IT, Technology, Digital, or Data functions, with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across senior leadership.
• Proven experience delivering strategic initiatives and building trusted relationships across Technology and business functions.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• Collaborative, customer-focused with integrity and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Technology Transformation initiatives by partnering with Transformation Managers and collaborating across multiple workstreams.
• Lead assigned workstreams or smaller transformation projects, contributing to initiative design, discovery, data analysis, and benefits tracking.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance insights to monitor progress, outcomes, risks, and key milestones.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology and Central Functions (Finance, Procurement, P&C, Internal Communications) to ensure alignment and momentum.
• Drive change adoption and continuous improvement by supporting communications, engagement activities, and best-practice ways of working across the Technology function.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance reporting, analytics, insight generation, and operational efficiency within the Transformation team.
