Job summary

McKesson in Cork, Ireland seeks a Talent Advisor to lead modern sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment across the region. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBP and business leaders, shaping sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.

The role focuses on using AI-enabled tools, market intelligence and proactive outreach, while coaching managers on fair interviewing and ensuring fast, high-quality hires. Hybrid, 12-month FTC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years’ full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment activity while staying organized and focused on quality.
• Strong direct sourcing skills including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and pipeline building.
• Confidence with AI, automation and recruiting technology to improve sourcing and workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of local Cork and Ireland talent markets and translating insights into hiring recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative recruitment strategies across Ireland, the UK, the US and Canada, with a strong focus on Cork and the Irish market.
• Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, AI-enabled tools, talent intelligence platforms, referrals and market mapping.
• Leverage AI, automation and recruiting tech to improve sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.
• Provide hiring managers with practical advice on compensation trends, market risks and talent availability.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection practices to maintain fairness and speed.
• Maintain momentum in the process with clear communication and strong candidate experience.
