Job summary

The Irish Cancer Society in Dublin is seeking a Survivorship Programmes and Supports Coordinator to coordinate counselling and survivorship services across multiple channels, including remote and in-person (Dublin 4 office). The role reports to the Survivorship Manager and is a fixed term full-time position with a 1-year horizon.

You will work with PPP and community partners to develop and deliver new programmes, monitor outcomes, manage budgets, and improve service delivery to support people

Qualifications

• 3+ years in programme coordination, project management, or implementation of new services
• Experience with needs assessment, stakeholder engagement and evaluation
• Ability to address social and health inequalities in service design

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of counselling programme for people affected by cancer, including virtual delivery
• Lead development of new survivorship programmes and assess needs via PPP
• Develop budgets, policies, and reporting for counselling and coaching programmes
• Design six-week Living Life programme and explore delivery models (face-to-face, hybrid)
• Engage with community partners and stakeholders to enhance service impact
