Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience delivering and supporting IT software solutions.
• Strong documentation skills and knowledge of change controls, GMP, and data integrity in life sciences.
• Strong manual software testing experience.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn both technically and business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and with business teams.
• Autonomy to reach full potential; comfortable with innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise existing systems for performance, reliability, high availability and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for software issues with Level 2 and 3 applications.
• Lead daily activities including incidents and change requests, plus data issues.
• Collaborate with external vendors on design specs, troubleshooting and code reviews.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Document deviations and change controls per site QMS.
• Develop and maintain documentation, testing procedures, and change protocols.
• Perform multi-level system testing.
• Monitor performance and implement measures to prevent downtime or data discrepancies.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and escalate critical issues to management.
