Job summary

TechHeads is seeking a Test Manager for a large-scale transformation project in Dublin. The role offers hybrid working with strong in-person engagement and a balance of remote flexibility.

You will implement testing frameworks across the full software lifecycle for ERP systems, influence testing decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across deployments, with EU Stamp 4 visaholders or Irish residents preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in software testing.
• Experience in test management/strategy implementation.
• Expertise in manual/automated/regression testing.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Candidates must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee testing strategies and frameworks across the software lifecycle.
• Lead testing activities on ERP systems and ensure quality standards.
• Influence decisions and own testing processes across multi-team initiatives.
