Job summary

Mott MacDonald in Dublin is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design across projects in Built Environment, Transport, and Water. You will direct junior staff and coordinate with other disciplines.

You will prepare documents, calculations, reports and health and safety risk assessments, while ensuring project milestones and budgets are met. The role offers hybrid working, professional development, and exposure to international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in engineering and Chartered Engineer status.
Experience leading electrical services on multi-disciplinary projects.
Proven ability to mentor graduate engineers.
Strong communication and report-writing skills.
Able to lead electrical elements of large projects and manage client meetings.

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design across multidisciplinary projects and manage timescales.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
Prepare reports, design calculations, and health and safety risk assessments.
