Job summary

Codec Azure is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT delivery in Northern Ireland. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite work alongside the Codec team and client sites, with remote elements as needed.

You will own delivery across engagements, manage budgets and risks, and mentor project managers within the PMO. The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience, Prince2 or PMP, and a track record delivering ERP/CRM initiatives in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar Project Management role.
• PM qualification: Prince2 Practitioner or PMP.
• Experience delivering business applications projects in large enterprises.
• Experience with ERP/CRM projects (MS Dynamics) is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end accountability for delivery of large or multiple projects.
• Provide delivery leadership across customer engagements and outcomes.
• Lead recovery actions for challenged projects and drive corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and delivery profitability.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers and support capability development.
