Job summary

IT Search in Ireland is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a day-rate contract with hybrid-leaning remote work. You will lead end-to-end production and publication of the 2025 Annual Report, both on the company website and in hard copy.

You will identify stakeholders, outline roles, implement governance, and develop a milestone-driven plan to meet deadlines and budget. You will also oversee vendor relationships, liaise with printers and packing houses, and report progress to the oversight

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production and publication of the 2025 Annual Report in digital and hard copy formats.
• Identify stakeholders, assign roles, and implement governance framework for the project.
• Develop and monitor project plan with milestones and deadlines; track progress.
• Report progress to oversight committee and run project team meetings with updates.
• Oversee vendor relationships, communicate expectations, and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with printers and packing houses, conduct quality checks, manage timelines.
