Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical/automation/SCADA engineering.
• Experience with Ignition and ICONICS SCADA platforms.
• Knowledge of Modbus, DNP3, OPC and other protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales support and design of new SCADA solutions.
• Respond to customer requests and events as they occur.
• Collaborate on the implementation, testing and support of HMI/SCADA/PLC systems.
• Create SCADA software design specifications and documentation.
• Configure, develop, test and support client SCADA applications using Ignition and ICONICS.
• Train clients in using the SCADA applications.
