Job summary

Verizon is hiring a detail-oriented SAP Quality Assurance Tester to drive end-to-end testing across the SAP landscape. You will collaborate with TPMs, 3PL partners, and cross-functional teams to validate fixes, enhancements, and milestones.

The role may involve SME testing or liaison QA responsibilities, with focus on testing strategies, metrics, and compliance across project lifecycles, while enabling change adoption and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in FUT, UAT, regression, and production validation.
• Experience with SAP IT landscape and full lifecycle defect management.
• Coordination with 3PL partners, onshore/offshore teams, and cross-functional units.

Responsibilities

• Define project lifecycles with TPMs and global teams; SME for end-to-end processes and system architecture.
• Develop and execute testing strategies across VZ/3PL platforms; manage test scripts and data creation.
• Lead defect management; enforce ALM/JIRA compliance; conduct RCA workshops; drive stakeholder accountability.
• Direct daily and nightly test executions across onshore/offshore teams; escalate risks and delays.
• Create Organizational Change Management strategies; develop end-user training and production support materials.
• Deliver status updates, release docs, and metrics to TPMs and PMO leadership.
