Job summary

Kellanova, based in Dublin, seeks an RGM Business Partner to lead commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth across categories. The role collaborates with Sales, Strategy & Insights, Marketing, Supply and Leadership teams to translate insights into action and to shape a 5-Year RGM roadmap.

The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with strong numerical skills, influence across levels, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach to deliver results for consumers and customers.

Qualifications

• FMCG/commercial or finance experience preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Insights, and Supply to ensure seamless delivery of commercial plans.
• Be the Voice of the Market: Represent the retailer and market perspective within the Category Business Unit, driving actionable strategies that resonate at shelf level and deliver results.
• Shape the Future with Strategic Planning: Support the development of a clear and compelling 5-Year RGM roadmap, leveraging insights from multifunctional teams to guide long-term growth.
• Lead Innovation with Commercial Acumen: Act as a commercial lead on innovation projects, ensuring market needs and executional excellence are embedded from concept to launch.
• Drive Executional Brilliance: Translate strategic plans into tangible actions that deliver value for our consumers and customers, ensuring every initiative is grounded in commercial reality.
