Job summary

U.S. Bank's Elavon unit is seeking a Portfolio Business Development Representative to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within an existing client base. You will manage campaigns, engage customers, and partner with Account Managers to maximize revenue and product adoption.

You will own the full sales cycle, present compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals while maintaining strong relationships and accurate CRM reporting.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent required.
• Proven outbound and telephone sales experience.
• Experience selling payments/tech and running cross-sell campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Own full sales cycle from contract to revenue realization.
• Present proposals, define pricing, negotiate, and close deals.
• Track activity and generate reports using CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with Account Managers to drive revenue growth.
