Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer account management in a sales-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for sales and accounts retained.
• Follow up with customers to explain offerings and promotions.
• Provide accurate activity reports (daily/weekly/monthly) including revenue forecasts.
• Meet key KPIs set by the line manager.
• Update CRM with outcomes of customer interactions.
• Sell the full card payment product suite (DC, MCC, Gateway) and related solutions.
• Maintain market awareness to identify and close business opportunities.
