Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead in a hybrid manufacturing environment to drive continuous improvement, embed a high‑performance culture, and deliver measurable efficiency gains across functions.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, coach and develop teams in CI tools, and influence stakeholders at all levels, translating strategic objectives into tangible performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Operational Excellence, CI, or Lean leadership roles.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, or production environments.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and leading teams without direct authority.
