Job summary
PE Global is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Specialist for a leading multinational Pharma client based in South Dublin. This contract role supports daily management, standard work, and structured problem solving to deliver measurable improvements.
You will independently facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions, coach belt candidates, drive improvement projects through DMAIC and A3 methods, and use data analytics and Power BI to track KPI performance in a regulated GMP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 3–5 years in CI, OE, or project delivery.
- Lean/Six Sigma training; belt preferred but not required.
- Experience with DMAIC and A3 problem solving.
- Experience in GMP/pharma or regulated manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Support daily management, standard work and structured problem solving.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions with cross-functional groups.
- Coach belt candidates and project sponsors.
- Drive improvement projects from definition to sustainment.
- Analyze data to drive KPI insights and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering to use capacity insights.
- Maintain dashboards and performance tools.
- Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools for process analysis.
- Other tasks as assigned by CI/IE Lead.
