Noesis is seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer to design, configure, and deploy MES solutions for Life Sciences customers. The role involves hands-on software work, customer workshops, and cross‑functional collaboration in a hybrid environment with occasional client-site visits.

Early‑career engineers will gain exposure to data historians, AI tools, and analytics, while developing consulting and leadership skills through mentoring and real projects across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Zero to three years of professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in software applications and technology-based solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across Ireland as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy MES solutions for Life Sciences clients.
• Participate in customer workshops to gather requirements.
• Support testing, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Assist with system integration between MES and other applications.
• Create clear project documentation and deliverables.
• Engage with customer stakeholders through onsite visits.
