Job summary

Connected Manufacturing™ in Ireland is seeking a Solutions Lead for Development, responsible for technical leadership in complex MES/MOM implementations. The role involves overseeing software development, ensuring code quality, and mentoring resources.

The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of software development experience in complex manufacturing environments, alongside strong technical skills in C#, .NET, and SQL. This is a remote position with an anticipated salary range of €85,000 – €120,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.
• 7–10 years leading development/customization in MES systems.
• 5–7 years on large, complex manufacturing system projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development efforts across MES/MOM implementations.
• Provide technical guidance and architecture oversight.
• Develop and customize MES solutions (Opcenter/Camstar).
