Stryker Ireland Manufacturing in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and scale manufacturing processes in a regulated medical environment. You will manage engineering teams, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely transfer and scale-up of new products while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Science with at least 8 years in manufacturing, plus 2+ years in a senior leadership position.

Qualifications

• Degree or Master's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2+ years in a senior engineering leadership or management role.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering teams responsible for sustaining, improving, and scaling manufacturing processes while ensuring quality, compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Drive manufacturing performance across yield, cycle time, capacity, labor efficiency, and cost metrics with corrective actions as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using problem-solving and operational excellence methodologies.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, Process Development, Supply Chain, EHS, suppliers and external partners to achieve objectives.
• Support transfer, introduction, and scale-up of new products and processes into manufacturing with compliance and on-time delivery.
• Oversee capital equipment strategy, automation initiatives, and capital investment projects with ROI considerations.
