Job summary

Arthur Cox LLP in Dublin is seeking an experienced Infrastructure and Cloud Support Engineer to join the IT Operations team on a daily rate contractor basis (approx. 6 months). The role covers on-prem and cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 management, network, and telephony modernization.

You will work across cloud, security, service desk and applications to deliver stable, secure infrastructure. The successful candidate will support Telephony modernization, migrations to cloud-based telephony,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or related field.
At least 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure engineering or related tech ops role.
Proven experience administering and supporting Unified Communications.
Experience migrating enterprise voice services from on-prem to cloud.
ITIL Foundation or similar service management awareness.
CISSP or similar security certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain, configure and support infrastructure and cloud services (M365, on-prem, storage, virtualization, core network).
Administer Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance.
Support unified communications platforms (Teams Phone, Direct Routing, UCaaS).
Manage WAN/LAN connectivity, SD-WAN, firewall, routing, switching, and Wi‑Fi.
Handle incidents, changes, problem management per ITIL.
Develop documentation and runbooks; contribute to automation and modernisation.
