The Medical Council is seeking a Corporate Governance Manager to lead governance, secretariat and compliance activities from its Dublin offices. The role reports to the Head of Corporate Affairs and requires strong organisation, discretion and the ability to balance multiple workstreams in a high-volume environment.

In this hybrid role, you will support council meetings, manage governance records, oversee policies, and coordinate appointment administration.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience in governance, company secretarial, board administration or a related role.

Mansioni

• Support the Council Secretary in delivering governance activities.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Council governance activities with timely delivery.
• Coordinate secretariat support for Council meetings, induction and training events.
• Prepare and distribute governance documentation and meeting packs.
• Oversee governance correspondence and track actions.
• Coordinate and manage the Council resources area and website content updates.

Formazione

Third-level qualification or equivalent in Corporate Governance, Public Administration, Business, Law, or a related discipline
