Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer II to join the Business Operations team in Dublin on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension. Qualifications

• The candidate will have practical Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering or Production Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, monitoring and automation.
• Experience with incident management and blameless post-mortems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support high-availability systems and production environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and improve performance and reliability.
• Drive automation to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and contribute to post-mortems.
• Develop observability through monitoring and alerting improvements.
• Assist capacity planning and resilience initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering to promote production readiness.
• Document processes and share knowledge across the team.
