Job summary

RWS is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer in Dublin to build reliable, observable systems across our frontier technology teams. The role is on-site and focused on driving architecture and practices that improve reliability and observability.

You will work across product engineering, infrastructure operations, and data teams to deliver hands-on reliability improvements and engineering standards. A strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE/operational engineering across distributed systems.
• Strong observability including metrics, logs and traces.
• Experience with modern telemetry pipelines and tooling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive SLIs, SLOs and error budgets; baseline reliability.
• Provide incident reviews, root-cause analysis, and long-term remediation.
• Shape and implement a scalable observability platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Security and Data teams on reliability improvements.
