Qualifications

• 2 years in an insurance environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist clients.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and maintain organized records.
• Ability to meticulously review policy documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and handle all work promptly and accurately.
• Handle queries, written or by telephone, in a professional manner and in line with service standards.
• Produce accurate and professional documentation at all times.
• Process adjustments in line with procedures, including notifying insurers and collecting premiums.
• Refer queries outside own experience to senior staff.
• Issuing renewal documentation and data input.
• Dealing with client payments in line with procedures.
