Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years in IT support, service delivery or customer-facing tech environment.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and service delivery across assigned accounts.
- Monitor SLA performance and drive corrective actions.
- Lead incidents and escalations with cross-functional teams.
- Plan resources and coordinate delivery across engagements.
- Oversee project delivery and change requests.
