Job summary

Tuath Housing Association is seeking a Data Analyst - Housing Management to support the Housing Department by collecting, managing, and analysing data across its core functions. You will deliver accurate reporting and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making and service delivery across Housing, Lettings, RTB, ASB, Tenant Engagement, and Tenant Sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, managing, and analysing data from multiple sources.
• Ability to design and deliver dashboards in Power BI.
• Strong data validation and data cleaning skills.
• Ability to communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection, Validation and Preparation: Gather data from multiple sources, ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Analyse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design, build and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Governance, Compliance and Audit: Ensure data handling adheres to policies and maintain documentation for audits.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work with internal departments to understand data requirements and provide support.
• Training, Support and Capacity Building: Provide training to end-users on interpreting reports and dashboards.
