Job summary

Principle HR in Dublin is seeking a Market Data & Insights Analyst for a public sector role. You will analyse market datasets, identify trends and produce insights to support regulatory and strategic decisions.

The job involves developing reports, dashboards and visualisations and coordinating with stakeholders to collect and validate data. Experience with telecommunications/tech/regulatory sectors is valuable, with GIS/ArcGIS and AI/ML exposure a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 8 degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics/Data Science or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on data analysis experience in a business or regulatory environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with BI/data analytics tools such as Power BI.
• Proven experience delivering complex analytical/data projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting data insights.
