Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Credit Control environments.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis, modern AI, and automation tools.
• Educated to at least Certificate or Diploma level.

Responsibilities

• Manage credit risk, collections, and query resolution across a key customer portfolio to support working capital optimisation.
• Drive cross-functional dispute resolution workflows with Sales and Customer Service, enforcing SLAs to prevent escalation.
• Monitor and enforce credit limits and payment terms to minimise exposure and improve cash flow.
