Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst in Ireland, based in Dublin, with a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role covers daily processing of Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions and requires coordinating information across Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting and Custodian banks. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in financial services and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant Financial Services experience.
• Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions processing experience preferable.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Corporate Actions processing for Mandatory and Voluntary events.
• Coordinate information flow between Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Treasurer’s Offices and Custodian banks.
• Interact with multiple groups within Fidelity to report and manage corporate actions.
