• Dividend or corporate actions experience ideally
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and to work as part of a team
• Client Service Experience - excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Change Management - participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working
• Ability to escape issues and manage risk

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret information on corporate action events from data sources.
• Reconcile positions and process events on the key processing date.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including trading desks.
• Client service - with internal stakeholders and some key clients.
• Review team processes and identify focus areas for potential improvement.
• Maintain risk within the levels set by the management team.
