Job summary

FoodSight in Dublin seeks a Content Creator & Social Media Manager to build a content engine around food waste, hospitality and startup life. You will film, edit and publish across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, shaping the visual tone and storytelling for a small team led by the founder.

You’ll work closely with the head of partnerships, turning ideas and site visits into engaging content, from founder interviews to short-form clips and podcasts, with on-site shoots in kitchens and

Qualifications

• Creative, confident and very online.
• Strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Fluent in LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experienced editing video in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar.
• Able to make a technical subject feel human.
• Based in Dublin and available to film in person regularly.
• Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and produce regular content with the team.
• Film short-form video for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, concepts and recurring series.
• Record and produce podcasts and longer-form conversations.
• Film founder interviews, talking-head content and customer conversations.
• Get into real kitchens to film on-site with chefs and sustainability leads.
• Edit short-form video to a high standard and repurpose longer content.
