Qualifications

• Relevant engineering qualifications with good technical knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Desirable: experience in asset register development or eCMMS support.
• Desirable: ability to analyse, cleanse and validate asset, maintenance and spare parts master data for eCMMS deployment.
• Desirable: good understanding of asset hierarchy, equipment criticality and maintenance planning.
• Desirable: experience supporting CMMS/eCMMS implementation or data governance activities.
• Desirable: experience improving asset registers, spare parts data, BOMs or PM structures in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and validate the site asset register within the eCMMS, ensuring asset hierarchy, equipment taxonomy, naming standards, tag structures, functional locations, criticality data and equipment records are complete, structured and technically aligned to site asset management requirements.
• Review, cleanse and standardize asset, maintenance and equipment master data to support eCMMS migration, configuration, system readiness and data integrity.
• Support spare parts master data improvement through standardized descriptions and correct linkage of parts to assets and BOM structures.
• Establish asset data standards, equipment classification, naming conventions and master data governance practices.
• Prepare asset and spare parts master data for eCMMS migration, configuration, testing and deployment readiness.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, operations and stores to meet site standards and support maintenance planning and asset care decisions.
• Develop asset hierarchy and equipment structures reflecting plant, system and equipment relationships.
• Align asset data with preventative maintenance strategies and maintenance plan structures.
• Verify asset and equipment data against drawings, nameplates, manufacturer docs and site records.
• Provide technical support during eCMMS data migration and testing activities.
