Job summary

Citco is seeking a tenured Data Transformation Lead to manage strategic data initiatives for flagship clients within the fund services sector. You will bridge the gap between client requirements and technical delivery, ensuring accurate solutions and high-quality outcomes.

You will lead projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to advance data integration, modelling, and data products across complex fund structures. A strong accounting/finance background is advantageous.

Qualifications

10+ years' experience in data within financial services.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary relationship partner and key point of contact for high-profile clients on strategic data initiatives.
Bridge communication between clients and technical teams by gathering, documenting, and articulating detailed business requirements for accurate solution delivery.
Drive Data Transformation projects and support a high-quality client experience from requirements gathering to delivery.
Build a best-in-class team supporting premier client relationships and their data initiatives, working with Citco clients and stakeholders to assess needs and identify the best solution.
Provide client-facing materials to share subject matter expertise across data technologies (data integration, data modelling, data products/services).
Support RFP questions to foster future partnerships with Citco prospects.
Provide subject matter expertise in accounting and finance to support data solutions.
