Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation or IT advisory with consulting/leadership exposure.
• Experience working with a top consulting firm and internships at leading consulting, financial services, or tech companies.
• Passion to reach full potential and excel in career.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and courageous with variety in day-to-day work life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse group of tech strategy consultants on digital strategy, CTO advisory, agile transformation and IT cost optimisation.
• Analyze technology challenges with business leaders and define objectives.
• Tailor solutions to meet client goals and deliver measurable benefits.
• Provide insights on technology adoption and governance.
• Apply strategic planning frameworks to inform major technology investments.
• Support delivery of technology assessments, strategy development and project execution.
• Uphold high standards in service delivery following industry best practices.
• Contribute to EY’s Technology Strategy & Transformation strategic planning and proposals.
• Support innovation in EY’s technology strategy services and promote knowledge sharing.
