Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting or Business Transformation.
• Experience working within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering and process improvement.
• Experience delivering transformation projects involving operational efficiency, organisational change or business optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior management.
• Practical experience delivering projects within the Irish business or consulting market.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis – Analysing existing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
• Process Improvement – Reviewing operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical improvements.
• Requirements Gathering – Working with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables.
• Transformation Delivery – Supporting the implementation of business transformation and organisational change initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management – Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives.
• Business Process Mapping – Developing process maps, documenting current and future operating models and supporting process redesign.
• Project Support – Supporting project planning, testing, implementation and the delivery of key transformation milestones.
• Commercial Analysis – Evaluating business performance and providing insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
